The condition of a rider is discussion of whether you are serious about it. You'll need to be challenging yourself to try harder and make it a priority to maintain a level of fitness you can both manage and improve upon
The Strength:
The best method for achieving this goal is repetition. You'll be confident about your skills but need more of a physical boost to your routine. Including going to the gym or weight training while referring to your experience and level of confidence. You'll go about the training from groups of strengths and maintain the level of energy you can build from. Also the type of strengths chosen will become apparent as you succeed in proving your dedication has made a difference.
The Mental:
The focus is mainly a mind training activity throughout your progress as a professional rider. Personally I belive in mindfull obervation. Reflect your thinking to yourself and how you would react. Be motivated to encounter oprtunities to disscusion with others about opinions and disagree when you disagree.
The Confidence:
Including being your best on skill you'll need some emphasis on reputation and how you present yourself towards other riders sharing the trails. Some can be aggressive some may be more considerate but the expression should be yourself. Your confidence in your ability is mostly mental your reputation can be achieved through other gestures and expressed with your attitude towards others
The Results:
Take your time it will be a long journey to get to here you'll be as comfortable as the professional rider. You'll only be as comfortable with your ability as the work you put in. Youll reward yourself with accomplishment iteself
