Parts on bikes change, alot. There's also more parts than you can afford before you can afford them while they upgrade but what parts are for quality and what parts are ergonomical or critical for your experience at riding
Keep an outlook of what works for you
Many parts for direct contact that needs to be soft or ridged or moving parts that keep the bike working as normal and some parts can be automated with electrical components and can raise the cost of the build
I always keep a measure of safety as a guide to keeping myself grounded towards functionality over hype and common opinions you can never pay to much for a safe bike
Write down parts one at a time untill you find a nice balance for quality and safety then incorporate the cost and take notice of any improvements you would desire and budget you could do without finaly combine them as one list depending on how detailed the description and cost you'll have a starting reference to compare your skills to the final result as the list with values to source for your personal best bike build
